Order Fulfillment: In order to maintain a premium customer experience, we request you as the seller to be available to fulfill the delivery of your part(s) within 3 business days of the order.
Offers: We have a “Make an Offer” option on most of our listings. In the interest of time for all parties involved, we request some flexibility on negotiating a final sale price on your behalf. However, if you are firm on your pricing, please let us know and we will disable the offer option for your listing.
Shipping: Shipping is always at the buyer’s expense unless they request it to be included as part of an offer. If you are located outside of California, we will likely request you initially to ship the item at your expense. Once it has been delivered to its destination, kindly send us your shipping receipt/invoice and we will add this as a reimbursement along with your settlement payment for the sale.
