Investigation of the parts reveal some dirt/grease, scratches around the circumference, all from apparent regular use (see pics #4-5). NOTE: Any wear items, such as cush rubber(s) and/or bearings - may require replacement. When seeking guidance in such matters, please ensure speaking with a certified mechanic.
